Conditioning Mask

If your hair feels lack luster and dry just reach for the olive oil. To make your conditioning mask…

  1. Combine 4 to 5 tablespoons of olive oil with two eggs and one tablespoon of water.
  2. With a blender, combine all the ingredients and apply to dry hair.
  3. Now massage the mixture from root to tip for a few minutes before wrapping your head with saran wrap.
  4. Let sit for 10 minutes, then remove and rinse your hair under warm water.
  5. HANDY TIP: Add one mashed banana to the mix to intensify the conditioning benefits.

Shine Mask

Isn’t it funny how the most effective treatments require the least amount of work?. One tried and true method to increase your shine are a combination of vinegar and egg.

  1. Make sure your hair is towel dried. Then break two eggs into a bowl and apply the contents by handfuls onto your hair.
  2. Make sure that massage it in in for 3 to 5 minutes before rinsing with half a cup of white vinegar.
  3. You’ll probably need a strong stomach because it’s quite smelly. Once your hair is dried, your hair will look and feel radiant and soft.

Hair treatments that you can make at home are also listed here on the natural hair care treatment blog post. They’re slightly different than the two listed above.
